Challenge
High Thermal and Acoustic Performance Within a Minimal System
The project required ultra-minimal profiles while still meeting stringent Title 24 energy requirements and enhanced acoustic performance targets. Large expanses of glass also needed to reduce UV transmission to help protect interior finishes and artwork.

Process
01
Utilized the ADS 75.SI platform to achieve approximately .32 U-value thermal performance.
02
Developed an insulated glass make-up with laminated inboard glass to improve acoustic control and UV filtration.

03
Engineered glazing assemblies capable of filtering approximately 99.9% of UV transmission while maintaining clarity and minimal sightlines.
Result
The facade achieved high thermal efficiency and enhanced acoustic performance without increasing visible system dimensions. Interior spaces benefit from improved comfort, reduced UV exposure, and uninterrupted glass expanses.
